Festival Menu
Curries
- Chicken Masala – Boneless pieces of free-range chicken cooked in a rich masala sauce. (GF – DF)
- Tharka Dahl – Split red lentils flavoured with authentic spices, roasted tomatoes, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic. (VG – GF)
- Chickpea & Potato – Slowly cooked in a combination of roasted spices, herbs, and masala sauce. (VG – GF)
- Tandoori Chicken – Tendered marinated pieces of boneless free-range chicken served on a bed of freshly dressed seasonal salad. (GF – DF)
All curries served on a bed of aromatic basmati rice garnished with fresh coriander.
Combo-Curries
- Veg Combo – Chickpea & Potato plus Tharka Dahl curry. (VG – GF)
- Variety Mix – Choice of one veg curry and chicken masala curry. (GF – DF)
- Meat Feast – Chicken Masala curry, Lamb kebab, and pieces of tandoori chicken. (GF – DF)
Naan Wraps
- Chickpea & Potato – Slow cooked to a rich blend in a variety of roasted spices. (VG)
- Tandoori Chicken – Succulent pieces of marinated free-range chicken. (DF)
- Lamb Kebab – Tender and tasty pieces of marinated lamb. (DF)
All Naan Wraps served with freshly dressed seasonal salad, mint yoghurt, or vine tomato & coriander chutney.
Snacks
- Punjabi Veg Samosa – Combination of veg and roasted spices wrapped in a delicious light pastry. (VG)
- Samosa Chaat – Samosa topped with a rich chickpea & potato curry with a drizzle of mint yoghurt, tamarind sauce, and coriander garnish.
- Onion & Potato Bhajis – Blend of herbs, spices, onions, and potatoes mixed in a tasty gram flour batter. (VG – GF)
